Managing Your Policy
We’re here to make managing your policy easy. Sometimes, it helps to have a little direction before jumping in.
Change a beneficiary
A beneficiary is someone you designate to receive possible payment due to your will, life insurance policy, annuity, trust or other contract. To change a beneficiary, simply:
- Log into MyAflac.com.
- Click on 'My Policies'
- Click on 'Policy Summary/Forms/History' for the policy on which you would like to make changes.
- Click on 'Change Beneficiary Online' in the right-hand section under 'Online Policy Changes'.
Add or remove someone from your policy
- Log into MyAflac.com.
- Click on 'My Policies'
- Click on 'Policy Summary/Forms/History' for the policy on which you would like to make changes.
- Click on 'Add Person' in the right-hand section under 'Make Policy Changes'.
To remove someone:
- Log into MyAflac.com.
- Click on 'My Policies'
- Click on 'Policy Summary/Forms/History' for the policy on which you would like to make changes.
- Click on 'Remove Person Online' in the right-hand section under 'Online Policy Changes'. .
Change your name
- Log into MyAflac.com.
- Click on 'My Policies'
- Click on 'Policy Summary/Forms/History' for the policy on which you would like to make changes.
- Click on 'Change Name Online' in the right-hand section under 'Online Policy Changes'.
Order a policy ID card
- Log into MyAflac.com.
- Click on 'My Policies'
- Click on 'Policy Summary/Forms/History' for the policy on which you would like to make changes.
- Click on 'Order Policy ID Card' in the right-hand section under 'Make Policy Changes'.
Reinstate a policy
- Log into MyAflac.com.
- Click on 'My Policies'
- Click on 'Policy Summary/Forms/History' for the policy on which you would like to make changes.
- Click on 'Reinstate Policy' in the right-hand section under 'Make Policy Changes'.
Signing up for Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit makes life easier, but with Aflac, it’s even better. Direct Deposit is the fastest way to get claims deposited.
- Log into MyAflac.com.
- Click on 'Direct Deposit' and follow the steps.
